Building a home should be straightforward

Together with our experienced team, our simple building process means our customers are clear on what is happening at every stage of the Journey. Transparent pricing and specifications ensure you get the most personalised building experience.

1 / Consultation

The initial step with creating your new home begins with a conversation with our Director. This helps us understand what floorplan will best accommodate your lifestyle. We explain the inclusions and options available for you to personalise your home design. We will review your block of land and help you determine the best home design elements that works within your budget. We can also introduce you to our finance partners, who can assist with various finance options.

2 / Concept Designs

Our architectural Design team will design a unique personalised floor plan and home design to work within your budget. Once the design and initial pricing are finalised, we move to the selection and documentation phase.

3 / Selections and Documentation

Selections are completed, and the Contract Tender and Construction Contracts are finalised. Our team will work through the documentation and all relevant approvals to ensure everything is spot on before construction.

4 / Commence Construction

Once the land is ready for construction, we begin applying for all relevant approvals and permits. This includes ordering engineering, council approvals, energy rating assessments and any other additional approvals that are required. We follow our strict quality assurance checks through all stages of the build. The Frontier Homes team will work collaboratively with you and provide regular correspondence throughout the construction of your new home.

5 / Handover of your home

Once the house meets our strict Quality Assurance checks, a final walkthrough is completed. Upon final sign off you will receive the keys to your new home. You can now begin living your new lifestyle.

6 / Aftercare service

We are obsessed with flawless detail and exceeding customer expectations. Once you have moved into your home, our 90-day service and warranty program will address any defects relating to your new home.

Belvedere Residence

Being given the keys to our new house was the best experience. In less than a year we have seen a two dimensional plan turn into a reality of a beautiful contemporary home. Admittedly our plan was a bit different, however Frontier Homes were able to go with the brief and deliver our dream home.
